What is Trade Finance Services

TFS is an independent specialist consultancy providing help and support to businesses who require working capital facilities as described in the ‘services’ section of the web-site. The guide below describes the process from the initial visit through to completion. We work together with the client’s management as a team, to progress the proposal with potential funders to a successful conclusion.

This is how we work

An 8 step guide

● profile of management and structure

● assessment & analysis of debt, customers and ledgers

● 2 years audited accounts and up-to-date management accounts

Step 4:

A selection of the most appropriate funding companies will be undertaken and initial approaches made. Confidentially,
Step 5:

The company's requirements will be discussed with prospective funders and introductions made between the relevant parties.
Step 6:

The funders will complete their own profile on the business; surveys/audits and due diligence will be undertaken. The completed file submitted to their credit committee for approval.
Step 7:

On acceptance a facility letter will be issued detailing terms and conditions. TFS will offer help and advice analysing the offers.

Company management decide which funder to use.
