Asset Finance

To date all asset finance deals have been directly related to some part of an Asset Based Lending package. They have involved the finance of specialist plant and equipment needed as an integral part of the business deal. This has enabled us to build a list of contacts that are willing and able to finance specialist pieces of kit because they feel comfortable with the business sector and everything to do with the equipment in question.
 
Today lenders do like to pick and choose the sort of kit they like to finance especially if the market sector is pan European. We can, of course, approach specialist lenders to finance equipment only without other lending.
 
We do not get involved in lending deals requiring finance for everyday types of assets such as cars and commercial vehicles etc as there are many sources in the market.
